Salary Range (INR): ₹25,00,000 – ₹60,00,000 per annum (depending on hospital size, digital maturity, and location)

🎓 Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science / Electronics (Mandatory)

Master’s Degree in IT, Healthcare Informatics, MBA (IT/Systems) (Preferred)

Certifications such as CIO, CHCIO, PMP, ITIL, or Healthcare Information Security (HCISPP) are an added advantage

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and implementation of hospital-wide IT strategy aligned with clinical and operational goals

Oversee IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, HIS (Hospital Information System), EMR/EHR, PACS, LIS, RIS, and digital transformation projects

Manage IT teams and ensure optimal performance, training, and support across all hospital departments

Ensure data integrity, patient privacy, and compliance with HIPAA/NABH/JCI/NDHM regulations

Evaluate, select, and implement new technologies including cloud-based systems, mobile health apps, and telemedicine platforms

Develop IT budgets, control costs, and manage vendor relationships and technology procurement

Lead initiatives for automation, data analytics, and process improvements in clinical workflows

Ensure 24/7 IT system uptime, disaster recovery readiness, and cybersecurity protocols

Collaborate with department heads to integrate IT solutions with operational requirements

Represent IT function in hospital leadership and accreditation committees
