🎓 Education:

Minimum Qualification: 10+2 / Currently pursuing or completed Bachelor’s in any discipline

Preferred: Background in Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, Public Health, Life Sciences

Basic communication skills and compassion for patient service are essential

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Greet and guide patients and visitors to appropriate departments or services

Assist hospital staff in non-clinical functions like reception support, wheelchair assistance, or patient information desks

Provide companionship and emotional support to patients (especially pediatric, geriatric, or terminally ill)

Help during health camps, vaccination drives, and public awareness events

Support administrative functions like file movement, form filling, or feedback collection

Ensure patient comfort by distributing water, blankets, or reading materials when needed

Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while engaging in patient-facing roles

Attend orientation and training sessions conducted by the Volunteer Coordinator or hospital staff

Report volunteer hours, incidents, or concerns to the Volunteer Services team

Promote a culture of care, dignity, and respect within the hospital environment
