🎓 Education:

Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Social Work / Nonprofit Management / Healthcare Administration / Public Relations (Mandatory)

Certification in Volunteer Management / Community Services / HR / Counseling (Preferred)

Strong understanding of hospital operations, public service ethics, and community engagement strategies

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and oversee volunteer programs to support hospital services and patient care

Recruit, screen, and train volunteers for clinical and non-clinical roles (e.g., patient escort, front desk help, support groups)

Match volunteer skillsets with hospital needs to ensure optimal impact and service delivery

Maintain up-to-date records of volunteer hours, duties, feedback, and background checks

Conduct regular evaluations and feedback sessions with volunteers and hospital staff

Organize orientation programs, recognition events, and training workshops for volunteers

Ensure compliance with hospital policies, legal regulations, and confidentiality agreements

Collaborate with departments (nursing, HR, patient services) to identify areas for volunteer support

Represent the hospital in community forums, outreach programs, and CSR partnerships

Prepare reports, performance metrics, and documentation for hospital leadership and accreditation bodies
