Salary Range (INR):₹2,40,000 – ₹6,50,000 per annum (based on experience, specialty area, and city tier)

🎓 Education:

Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) (Mandatory)

Master of Physiotherapy (MPT) in Orthopedics / Neurology / Cardiopulmonary (Preferred)

Registration with the State Physiotherapy Council (Mandatory)

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans for patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, or cardiopulmonary conditions

Deliver physiotherapy services to inpatients and outpatients, including ICU and post-surgical care

Use evidence-based techniques such as manual therapy, electrotherapy, exercise therapy, and gait training

Track and document patient progress using standard tools and EMR systems

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists for coordinated rehabilitation

Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and recovery management

Maintain cleanliness, safety, and upkeep of therapy equipment and treatment areas

Participate in departmental meetings, training programs, and quality improvement initiatives

Support early mobilization and discharge planning in surgical and critical care units

Follow hospital protocols, NABH/JCI guidelines, and infection control practices
