Experience Range:
6 to 10 years in Guest Services, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role within the Concierge department.
Salary Range (INR):
₹7,50,000 – ₹12,00,000 per annum
(Inclusive of fixed salary, service charge, and performance-based incentives)
Role Overview:
The Concierge Manager oversees all concierge operations and guest experience touchpoints, ensuring high standards of service, personalized experiences, and efficient coordination with internal departments. The role is key in building brand loyalty through premium guest interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and manage concierge agents and bell staff to ensure exceptional guest service
Anticipate guest needs and proactively deliver personalized experiences
Maintain and update knowledge of local events, VIP access, luxury services, and tourism offerings
Liaise with external vendors for premium services such as chauffeured cars, dining, and entertainment
Resolve guest concerns efficiently and professionally
Collaborate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Security to ensure seamless service delivery
Maintain guest preference records and assist with loyalty/VIP program execution
Monitor guest feedback and implement service improvements
Prepare concierge-related reports and performance metrics for hotel management
Educational Qualifications:
Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or Tourism
Certification in Concierge Services or Member of Les Clefs d'Or (preferred but not mandatory)
Skills Type:
Leadership and team management
Strong local and international destination knowledge
VIP guest handling and conflict resolution
Fluent communication in English (other languages are a plus)
Luxury service etiquette and discretion
Proficiency in hotel PMS (Opera, IDS, etc.) and CRM tools
Relationship building and vendor management
