Job Description — Branch Clerk (Banking Industry)
Role: Branch Clerk

Diploma or certification in banking operations or computer applications is a plus

Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily branch operations including cash handling and record maintenance.
Process customer transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and payments accurately.
Maintain customer accounts and update records regularly.
Provide prompt and courteous customer service at the branch.
Assist in documentation and compliance as per bank policies.
Support branch staff in clerical and administrative duties.
Ensure confidentiality and security of customer information.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Good numerical and clerical skills with high attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of banking procedures and cash handling.
Proficient in using computers and banking software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a team and handle repetitive tasks.
Honest, trustworthy, and customer-focused attitude.
