To attend product training

To attend queries on WhatsApp and calls and reverting wit suitable options

Sending Booking emails

Reservations operations process post booking

Pre Arrival & Post Check out assistance

Team Management

Co Ordination w Departments

Attending Training of PMs & GDS Software's

Complies with all core and culture standards personally

Interacts with team members and guests beyond giving and receiving instructions, emphasizing relationships with supervisors, managers, co-workers, and guests.

Work closely and communicate effectively w team members ensuring smooth workflow and enhanced guests experience

Generally being alert for opportunities to improve the profitability of the department

The Travel Expert is responsible for actively converting enquiries into confirmed business, whilst providing an exceptional and personalized experience to guests. Responding timely to communications from guests, travel agents and leads concerning reservations arriving by mail and telephone; prepares confirmation letters and promptly process any cancellations, modifications, and guests request
