Trainee Technical Support Representative

Role Details:-

Location/Work Mode - Remote (Bangalore)

Role Type - Contract (3 months, subject to extension based on performance & business requirement)

Interview Mode - Assessment & Interviews would be face to face at Bangalore office, this is mandatory

Experience - 0 to 2 years (customer service preferably from a gaming background)

Shift - Rotational Shift (including night shift)

Education - 12th Std/PUC and above only

Job Details:-

• Responding promptly to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner via email and/or live chat.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints & technical problems by determining the cause of the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
• Explain and guide customers through product features and functionalities.
• Stay up to date and be thorough with product knowledge so that customer questions can be answered quickly
• Communicating, coordinating & collaborating with team members and colleagues to provide customers with best possible solution to their problem.
• Always maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers and provide high level of experience.
• Stay focused on the quality by ensuring consistency and adherence to high standards.
• Maintain our reputation as a company that offers excellent customer service on every interaction with the customer.

Required Skills:-

• Knowledge of video games, gaming industry.
• Proficient with English and must have good written & verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other accompanying software & applications such as system security, drivers etc.
• Must possess logical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility & availability for rotational shifts and week offs to cover hours of operations.
