Experience Range:

Salary Range (INR):

₹5,50,000 – ₹9,00,000 per annum (including fixed + performance-linked incentives)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to lead our hotel’s digital presence across platforms. The role will be responsible for strategy, content, community engagement, influencer collaborations, and analytics to boost brand visibility and guest engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the brand and seasonal campaigns

Create engaging, on-brand content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms

Oversee content calendar planning, scheduling, and timely execution

Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and reviews

Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and influencers for content production

Track KPIs and platform insights; prepare monthly performance reports

Coordinate with PR, sales, and marketing teams to align communication and promotions

Identify trends and opportunities to enhance audience interaction and growth

Lead influencer marketing and digital collaborations with lifestyle brands

Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and aesthetic across all platforms

Educational Qualifications:

Minimum: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or Hospitality

Preferred: Certification or PG in Social Media Marketing, Content Strategy, or Digital Branding

Skills Required:

Proficiency in Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and influencer platforms

Experience with content planning tools (Later, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)

Strong copywriting, captioning, and storytelling skills

Visual sense and familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or Adobe Suite

Basic video editing and reel-making abilities

Analytical skills with knowledge of social media insights and reporting tools

Excellent collaboration, creativity, and time management
