Salary Range (INR): ₹2,00,000 – ₹4,50,000 per annum (based on experience, hospital type, and shift duties)
🎓 Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Hospital Administration / Nursing / Allied Health / Social Work / Public Health (Mandatory)
Diploma in Patient Care Services / Front Office / Healthcare Management (Preferred)
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate patient admissions, discharges, and transfers in line with hospital protocols
Greet, guide, and assist patients and families through the care journey
Act as a communication link between clinical departments and the patient/family
Ensure smooth coordination for diagnostics, doctor consultations, procedures, and surgeries
Track and manage patient feedback, grievances, and resolution follow-ups
Support scheduling, appointment handling, and managing service counters or helpdesks
Maintain accurate records in the Hospital Information System (HIS)
Provide basic information about hospital services, tariffs, insurance coverage, and payment processes
Ensure that patient experience standards are upheld consistently
Escalate critical or unresolved issues to the Patient Advocate or Services Manager
