Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Full Stack Development Trainer to join our team in Dehradun. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Full Stack Development technologies and a passion for teaching and mentoring. This is a full-time, on-site role that involves delivering engaging training sessions, developing comprehensive training materials, and fostering a collaborative learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver interactive and hands-on training sessions on Full Stack Development technologies and frameworks.
- Develop and update training curriculum, materials, and resources to reflect current industry trends.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to learners, fostering a supportive and engaging training environment.
- Evaluate the progress and performance of trainees through assessments, projects, and feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest Full Stack Development tools, frameworks, and best practices.
- Collaborate with the team to design workshops, hackathons, and real-world projects for trainees.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven experience in Full Stack Development and relevant technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, React, Angular, MongoDB, MySQL, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of modern development frameworks, tools, and best practices.
- Prior experience in training or curriculum development is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
