Salary Range (INR): ₹5,00,000 – ₹12,00,000 per annum (depending on hospital size, systems used, and experience)

🎓 Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce / Finance / Business Administration / Hospital Management (Mandatory)

MBA / PGDM in Healthcare or Finance (Preferred)

Knowledge of HIS, RCM, TPA, and insurance billing systems is essential

Familiarity with NABH, JCI, and statutory billing norms is a plus

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end billing operations including IP, OP, day care, diagnostics, and emergency services

Supervise the billing team to ensure accurate and timely invoicing and collections

Review treatment and procedure records to ensure billing compliance and revenue integrity

Coordinate with clinical departments, MRD, and pharmacy for real-time billing updates

Monitor TPA/insurance billing cycles, approvals, and settlements

Address billing disputes, escalations, and ensure resolution within defined timelines

Ensure accurate revenue capture through reconciliation and audits

Track receivables, generate aging reports, and follow up on pending collections

Liaise with internal and external auditors to ensure billing compliance

Support digitization of billing operations and integration with HIS/ERP
