Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation and Counseling:

• Drive student enrollments through diverse marketing activities, including Above the Line (ATL) and Below the Line (BTL) campaigns.
• Organize seminars in schools, town halls, and residential areas to reach potential students and parents.

1. School and Community Engagement:

• Conduct visits to schools to build relationships with principals, coordinators, and management to promote our programs.
• Partner with local tuition teachers and community stakeholders to maximize business opportunities.

1. Home Counseling and Enrollments:

• Conduct home visits to counsel students and parents, providing tailored advice to help them choose the right educational path.
• Deliver a delightful customer experience while closing admissions and meeting enrollment targets.

1. Compliance and Process Adherence:

• Ensure strict adherence to internal processes and compliance guidelines while executing responsibilities.
