Role Overview:
The Concierge Agent serves as a personal assistant and local expert for hotel guests, providing assistance with travel, reservations, entertainment, directions, and special requests. The role is pivotal in elevating the guest experience with personalized and knowledgeable service.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and assist with inquiries or special requests
Provide recommendations and reservations for dining, shows, transport, and tours
Maintain updated knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and events
Coordinate guest deliveries, mail, transportation, and amenities
Handle VIP guests with a high level of discretion and service quality
Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and requests
Collaborate with front office and bell desk for seamless guest movement
Uphold hotel standards in grooming, communication, and professionalism
Educational Qualifications:
Diploma / Degree in Hospitality Management, Travel & Tourism, or equivalent
Fluency in English; other languages (e.g., French, Arabic, Japanese) a plus
